I aim to deliver photos within 24 hours, but I guarantee delivery within 48 hours. 48-72 hours for videography services. 2D Floorplans are ready within 24 hours, 3D floorplans are ready within 72 hours.

I service 100 miles around Pickerington, Ohio. There is no travel fee for the normal 30 mile service radius depicted in blue in the graphic below. For miles 31-50 a $1/mile travel fee is assessed, for miles 51-100 a $2/mile travel fee is assessed. At checkout, your invoice will auto-calculate and display any travel fees before booking. Travel fees are only assessed for the drive to a property, not the return trip.

My preferred method of payment is CashApp $rygy12, however, you can make a payment with a major credit card using the booking system. An email link will be sent for easy access should you not choose to pay at the time of booking. I also accept cash & check.

Media will be delivered using the HDPhotoHub client portal. You will receive a link to access your account via email. Return clients can log in using navigation bar at the top of this page.

Orion retains the copyright to all images and media. Residential Home services include one year of licensing, allowing purchaser to utilize delivered media in all desired forms including but not limited to: listings, email, social media, and printable materials. Clients may market the property in any manner for one year or until the property closes, whichever comes first. After that period, images must be relicensed for continued use. A transfer fee may paid to transfer your license to another realtor. Delievered photos will be in JPEG (JPG) format and must remain unaltered. Overlays with realtor photos such as a body shot or face, and words such as the realtor or agency name is not considered editing or altering the photo.

I offer free rescheduling / cancellation when a notice is given 48 hours before scheduled appointment.

This isn't fun for me, or you, but mistakes happen...

$25 for notices 24-48 hours prior to scheduled shoot.

$50 for cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.

If a shoot is cancelled AFTER photographer arrival, the invoice total is owed and will not be credited back to client. A scheduled shoot may be cancelled after waiting 20 minutes past scheduled appointment if shoot is delayed due home entry issues or lack of home preparation. This is to ensure other appointments remain punctual. Fees must be paid in full before new services can be scheduled.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to cancel services due to potential inclement weather. See Cancelation Policy category above. I offer rainy-day exterior photo editing at the rate of $10 per-photo. Aerial services may be terminated due to high wind gusts or scattered showers. Client can choose to either receive a partial credit to their account, or pay a special discounted rate for a return appointment.
